International orders must be prepaid in full. All payments must be made in US dollars.
We accept PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards in payment for international orders. It is very important that the billing address, phone number and CVV code you provide match the information on file with your credit card issuer - we will not ship your order until your card has been verified. The verification process for international credit cards can take several business days, depending on the country.
Wire transfer is also available for international orders; click here to download instructions. Wire transfer orders will be held until the transfer of funds is confirmed.
We ship internationally via UPS, FedEx and in some cases, the US Postal Service. We will only ship international orders to the account holder's verified billing address - no exceptions. A signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping does not apply for destinations outside the continental U.S. Shipping estimates calculated at checkout will include include international shipping charges and insurance (duties and taxes will not be included). We can usually bill charges to your UPS or FedEx account if arrangements are made when the order is placed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped outside the US are usually subject to customs evaluation and/or import tariffs. We are not responsible for customs delays and cannot offer advice regarding any duties or fees that you may incur. Please direct any questions regarding customs, duties and taxes to your government's import office. You are responsible for making sure that the products you order can be lawfully imported to the destination country. If a shipment is returned to us because of your refusal to pay customs fees, you will be held responsible for the outbound and return shipping charges as well as a minimum 20% restock fee.
