The Radial Engineering Reamp JCR is a passive reamp that allows you to take a pre-recorded track and send it back to your guitar or bass amp and re-record it. The benefits are huge: instead of worrying about the sound of the song, you can focus on achieving the best musical performance. After the performance is recorded, the song can be re-amplified even in the absence of the guitarist by moving the microphones around the room, trying different amplifiers or introducing effects. In addition, the song can also be completed later when the play takes shape.

This reamp has the original reamp circuit created by John Cunibert. It features a 100% passive design with John's original custom transformer and USA made circuitry. It also features separate XLR and 1/4" TRS input jacks, adjustable output level, and a 3-position filter to tame excessive highs, warm up lows, or simply bypass if you want to return to the original circuitry. Also included is a built-in mute function that allows you turn off the signal going to the amplifiers when you make adjustments or move microphones around the studio.
