Isolated DI For Bass and Keyboards
The Radial Engineering StageBug SB-2 is an ultra-compact passive direct box designed for guitarists, bassists and keyboard players who need a simple and reliable DI that fits in a case or heel bag. Equipped with an Eclipse ET-DB3 transformer, it produces a warm, vintage-flavored tone while reducing hum and hum.
The StageBug SB-2 features an unbalanced 1/4" Hi-Z input, 1/4" feedthrough, and a balanced 3-pin XLR output. The stereo and mono mix function allows you to easily route a stereo source, such as a synthesizer or digital piano, to a mono mixer channel. Use -15dB to avoid distortion when using high powered instruments such as electric guitars and live mic basses. Thanks to its passive design, the StageBug SB-2 requires no batteries or phantom power. It has a ground switch to prevent annoying noise from ground loops.
