The Radio Design Labs ST-PA2 features a single, unbalanced audio input...a gain control...and two outputs. The first output is designed to deliver a clean 2 Watts RMS into an 8 ohm speaker. The second output is intended to drive 600 ohm transformers, typically on equipment inputs. This makes the ST-PA2 uniquely suited for applications such as music-on-hold inputs on telephone systems which may have either 8 ohm or 600 ohm inputs. If desired, both outputs may be used at the same time.
The convenience and low cost of the ST-PA2 make it the ultimate choice as a building block in many systems...from simple to complex. It may be used in combination with other STICK-ONs to form custom intercoms or talk-back systems...or can be used by itself to drive a single speaker with music or voice.
