The Shure SLXD14/93 offers performers, directors, pastors and presenters a wireless microphone system that is reliable, easy to install and delivers crystal clear digital sound quality. Built around a single-channel half-rack receiver with detachable antennas, the robust system is ideal for portable equipment or long-term installation in small to medium-sized venues, event spaces, conference rooms, houses of worship and educational spaces.
The SLX-D operates in the UHF band and transmits high-quality 24-bit digital audio with a dynamic range of more than 120dB, delivering clear and detailed sound. It uses digital predictive switching diversity to protect the transmission from interference and transmit a solid and reliable RF signal without interruption.
This configuration features a miniature WL93 omnidirectional lavalier microphone optimized for speech intelligibility. The unobtrusive body transmitter has a selectable 1/10mW RF output and a transmission range of up to 330'. It offers up to 8 hours of use with two AA batteries or a rechargeable SB903 battery (sold separately).
The all-metal rack-mountable SLXD4 receiver features an intuitive LCD interface with RF, battery status and audio output gauges. It also offers 60dB gain control and both mic/line XLR and 1/4" instrument outputs. Other features include automatic frequency scanning and IR sync, allowing you to easily match the transmitter and receiver to the same frequency. With up to 32 microphone channels available simultaneously, the SLX-D is ready to expand as your needs grow. Additionally, setting up multiple systems is quick and easy with an Ethernet port that connects receivers for fast, coordinated frequency scanning from a single location.
