Next Generation Rack-mount Audio DSP

Two models available. Radius NX 4x4 and Radius NX 12x8 each include four analog inputs and four analog outputs (12 analog inputs, 8 analog outputs). Both have matching DSP resources and optional factory-installed 64x64 redundant Dante. Only the capability for analog I/O, logic output, and external control inputs separates the two. The 4x4 is very competitive in applications where several Dante endpoints are routed to a central DSP and fewer analog connections are needed due to its lower cost.
For smaller systems, models without Dante provide even more affordable DSP cost.

Radius NX also has an optional, user-installed AEC coprocessor module that is virtualized and expandable. The dual-core coprocessor offers up to 16 channels of full bandwidth AEC for conferencing applications with unmatched clarity and comprehensibility.

The USB audio portenables computer-based multitrack recording or playback and soft-codec conferencing.

The USB Host port supports digital messaging, audio media playback, and recording.

Radius NX Features a large 128x128 Super Matrix. In order to construct very large and complex systems centered around a single Radius NX, a next-generation SHARC Dual-core Processor enables a Composer Super Matrix, which transfers the responsibility of large matrices to one core while releasing the second core for general purpose signal processing. View modes make it simple to move around large matrices.

There is a 4-port gigabit switch that is programmable. Services regulate networks and Dante (when installed), minimizing or eliminating the need for external switches and preventing 100 Mbit bottlenecks.

Ultra-quiet preamps. A precise gain adjustment is made possible by digitally regulated 3 dB increments, producing sound quality that is unparalleled.

Option card slot accepts all Radius and Edge Expansion Cards that the user has installed, maximizing Radius NX input and output counts or adding circumstantial purpose functionality to lower total system cost.
