The HH10/A consists of the handset with push-to-talk switch, equipped with a coil cord and 4-pin XLR connector, and a wall mount cradle with retaining spring-clip, as shown in the photo.
This U.S. made handset is identical to those used on coin telephones, with transducers suitable for intercom use. To help prevent feedback between the earspeaker and microphone, an airtight sound barrier is applied to the otherwise hollow handset at both ends. As a result the operator can use extremely high levels before feedback.
The HH10/A handset is molded from telephone quality Marbon Cyolac®. No other handset offered for intercom use provides greater resistance to physical damage. The cradle includes a spring-clip which prevents the handset from being accidentally dislodged.
